Beans – Beans have high fiber content and it causes gas formation if consumed more. Raffinose, an element in beans contains high amounts of a sugar called raffinose, which the body has trouble breaking down.

Wheat – Gluten is a protein in wheat that causes major digestive problems like stomach pain, gas, bloating, and diarrhea. Also, the starch in wheat produces gas when the good bacteria break it in the large intestine.

Fruits – We have heard that fruits are good for health. It has more vitamins and minerals. The antioxidant properties of Fruits can keep any toxins away from your body. Some gassy fruits like oranges, watermelon, apples, peaches, pears, and plums have natural sugar alcohol which makes digestion a little difficult. The soluble fiber in the many fruits breaks down when it passes through the large intestine, the bacteria break them down to create hydrogen, carbon dioxide, and methane gas.

Dairy Products – Any dairy products like milk, cheese, curd, and ghee after eating or drinking can cause diarrhea, bloating, and gas for people with lactose deficiency.
