Hormonal Changes – Hormonal changes can be the start of any kind of acne problems or whiteheads. An increase in Androgen( a group of hormones) can produce more whiteheads. There are medicines to correct the hormonal function to keep a check on whiteheads.
DIY Tips To Control Whiteheads:
1. Honey with Cinnamon
- Grind the cinnamon and make it as a fine powder.
- Take 1 tbsp of cinnamon.
- Add 3 tbsp of honey with the above in a bowl.
- Apply it to your skin.
- Wash in warm water after 20 minutes.
2. Aloe Vera with Green Tea
- Take one tbsp of aloe gel
- Mix it with 1/4 cup of green tea and make a paste
- Apply the mask on your skin using brush or cotton pads
- Leave it for 20 minutes
- Wash it with cold water.
3. Lemon juice and Egg
- Take one egg white.
- Mix with 1 tbsp of lemon juice.
- Put it across your face and allow it to dry for 20 minutes
- Wash in cold water, it adds moisture to your skin.
