This will lead to health hazards like obesity, lack of concentration, headaches, dry eyes, blurred vision, etc. Generally, we don’t take special care for our eyes, but in this situation, we are forced to follow some of the food habits which can prevent them from getting into eye syndrome. Here are some healthy foods which can strengthen and improve the Eyesight.

Spinach: This is rated under protective foods that have a lot of vitamins and minerals. Spinach is a green, leafy vegetable, not so popular or liked by most kids.
